JSC „Informacinė raida“ has been operating for 20 years, specializing in the development, implementation, and technical support of information systems for stevedoring companies in seaports. The COVID-19 pandemic posed a significant challenge for many businesses, but at the same time, it accelerated digitalization processes and the implementation of e-commerce principles in companies, which became essential for businesses to remain competitive and continue operating successfully under changed conditions.

To avoid potential disruptions in company operations and revenue declines and to strengthen the company's resilience against possible economic fluctuations, uncertainty, and bankruptcy, as happened to some companies in 2020-2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, JSC „Informacinė raida“ aims to increase productivity, work efficiency, and create favorable conditions for the company's growth and development in the electronic space.

As part of the project, the company will implement e-commerce principles. The customer self-service solutions implemented through the project will allow customers to place orders more conveniently, track their progress, and pay for services rendered. The company will also be able to provide services to customers more efficiently and with higher quality.
